Jonathan Shaw CB, CBE
Major-General (retired) Jonathan Shaw is a former senior British Army officer with extensive leadership experience in defence and security.
Commissioned into the Parachute Regiment, he served in the Falklands War before rising to command the 2nd Battalion, Parachute Regiment, and later the UK Special Forces, overseeing SAS and SBS operations.
He subsequently led the Multi-National Division (South-East) in Iraq and played a key role in shaping UK defence policy. As Assistant Chief of Defence Staff for International Security Policy, he was the first head of Defence Cyber Security, driving national strategy in this critical domain.
Jonathan is the author of Britain in a Perilous World, an analysis of Whitehall’s strategic decision-making. He now advises governments and industry on defence, security, and cyber issues.

Chris Moore CBE
Air-Vice Marshall (retired) Chris is a National Security and Defence strategist with particular expertise in digital transformation, cyber and space. Over a 30+ year RAF career, retiring as Air Vice-Marshal, he commanded forces at all ranks, including leading global IT, cyber, and satellite operations for UK defence.
As Director of Operations at Defence Digital HQ, he oversaw the daily operations of the MOD’s £3 billion annual investment in networks, defensive cyber, and electromagnetic spectrum operations. Recently, Chris was Vice President for Defence & Security at Eutelsat-OneWeb, working with global governments on a revolutionary satellite constellation.
A graduate of the Defence Advanced and Higher Command and Staff Course, he was appointed CBE in the 2020 Queen’s Birthday Honours List and brings exceptional leadership and strategic insight to clients.

Keith holds several patents and has played a key role in early life-cycle activities across UK and European industries.
